20 mins under an infa -red lamp......it dosnt cure it but relaxes it...so it can rectify itself

I tried allsorts mate. Magnetic machines, acupuncture, chiro, physio, drugs you name it… Never tried an infrared lamp though but when it pops up again to kick me in the bollocks daily for another God knows how many years. I’ll try that and then go for the mesh surgery these fuuckers promised me 2 years ago :laugh:

Quite shocking how many people are willing to pop all this shit in there systems, especially those that won’t smoke weed, every pill you pop has a detrimental effect on your body in one way or another, as well as my two prolapsed discs I have all the normal shite that comes with being a bloke, arthritis in my spine crunchy hips and shoulders etc, I take honey and turmeric every day, cider apple vinegar once a week and rub cream I make from dandelions on my joints, plus a joint or five in the evening we can live with pain but not without our livers and kidneys, I,m not claiming to never take any meds but I have to be on my hands and knees before I reach for them and never take the 4 a day the doctor says just one before bed to get a nights sleep

but smoking weed is gonna give ya cancer that’s a fact

thats bang on that, as few know on here ive had bad lower back for years. what ive found is you got to keep moving dont get me wrong, while your at the very real stage of pain, just move about slowly, but once you can get past that stage, the lower back exercise's  come next. 1st i do the above flat  on my back, leg up straight, then other, 2nd still on your back, legs together then on your side, go from left ,and to the right couple times , 3rd this called bridge,  legs/ feet on the floor, arch your lower back up, just enough to tense your stomach , this a core exercise it will help your back. the last one is lie on your bed , get a moveable  rolling pin it moves from the middle , you get them prob on eBay in  health/ fitness section .  lie on your front , and run the rolling  ping  on your left side nice and easy, because it be painful  from your sciatic nerve , do say 6 on both  you feel the tenseness in your buttocks through your pants  , what it does is  it will release the muscle slowly  that being held from sciatica nerve . these things deff do help mate , read this and put it with your pms , all this will deff help  , you have to live with a bad back, i have for 45 years ,  read it and do the exercises , if any questions  pm me    Ray

I,ve done the best years mate, I work in a dementia home and if having a good nights sleep now knocks the last ten years off I,m fine with that, we are all going to hear those words one day I,m fine with it 👍

the bridge  is 6 on left side hip to buttock , and same  on the other side  repeat.
