Hunting and bushing

I’m new to hunting on my own with a dog and I currently have a beagle spaniel x Welsh hound. I have been training him and putting him on scent and so far he’s picking it up really well and retrieving back to me. He’s only 4 months old but I wanna get put and show him what it’s all about asap given that such it’d be a waste not to see what this dog can do I was wondering how I can get him working? Either round Derby or Kent ideally.

Bit young for hunting yet. Now's the time to get him used to stock, getting through gates and used to crossing ditches etc...... and train him on the recall. He'll start hunting himself when he's about 8/10 months maybe even 1yr. Just bring him to where the game is and once there's scent he'll hunt up.
