Rare Monday off

Today was almost a disaster from the get go .grounds solid so I thought let's go try some moss bolt a couple into nets for the pup. Without all the low down I left it later for the temps , on way to destination there was a crash so delay already .

When I arrived 3 ppl with 3 dogs already heading across the land B*****t came to mind . Tried a few sheep fields across the road. The last time I tried there a guy was screaming I've called the police, not the fsrmer but the fella can see then land so I chapped his door had a chin wag and turns out boys had chanced there arm and dogs  killed a sheep. Anyways we parted in good terms and I popped over the fence  Mia soon marked and dropped the ferret only for u guessed it rabbit to be stubborn and box stopped working . 20 mins later rabbit popped out. Things then turned for the better and bolted another 4 and got 1 above ground .

Pup was great to be fair on her 1st actual proper outing,  she did chase 1 above ground which wasn't in the plans but all was well in the end. Not a big bag but great education

I've been plodd9ng away , tho the weather hasn't been great this year . We have been ticking over

Cheers taff , no she was over a couple off fences in with the sheep and pegging nets. I hate netting I really do but today was OK as it served a purpose.

Today Amber decided lets cause some mischief. Grounds solid so the big dogs are on the lead. She's 6 half months an full of energy, with the dogs on the lead she decided just to do some laps on her own lol. Me and the wife where walking along the usual tracks and decided to mix it up and walk alittle further to where u can see some fields facing the mway.  With the snow on the ground it was just nice to be out.

As we got round  the path , we could see 3 roe lazing against a fence.  As they stood the pup thought this is new and took off. Its funny at a young age she picked one as they split and continued to give chase right past 2 walkers who realised she was a pup and had a bit of a giggle . The roe took a barb fence followed by the pup before geting shown a clean set of hoofs. She jumped back over and  came back with a waggle and a smile . She's now grounded to the lead till we make sure the coast is clear. Think she may be trouble.
