To be fair, that is Essex and in Essex everyone it seems owns a Range Rover……maxed out on the credit card, shopping at farm foods but doing it dressed like Katie Price and Dougie Joyce in a Range Rover (payment 2 months over due !) lol

Wallopers with their Chelsea tractors and trout lips trying to keep up with the Jones's, it must be fukkin miserable

I like the X-Trail this is the second one I've had. Put some town and country style tyres on it take it every where across fields. Fare bit of power and hold the road like its on rails. Loads of room

Best and most reliable thing about the Freelander I had................                     Was the f***ing towbar🙈

Done 16k miles the last 12 months..its on 70k miles now..super reliable and piss easy to work on everything is very basic and parts are cheap.. It's 23yr old now and I recon a brand new range rov

Had a Freelander 2 past five years, best motor I've had. Nothing gone wrong yet apart from the usual tyres etc Shame they are getting long in the tooth now, widely regarded as the most reliable land rover.

Had a freelander for a works vehicle...bag of shite, only done 80,000m from new( full landrover service history and stamps, turbo blew, head went next, scrapped it for £200)my old Rav4 puts them to shame, comfort wise, better on fuel and go anywhere a landrover can... wasted thousands fixing stuff over the yrs..I ve had 2  hilux,navava,L200,fourtraks,90 county, series 2/3 discovery, foresters, legacy's ,sj410...the old 03 plate Xt4 Rav4 trumps them all for reliability 👍

I ad a old battered Scooby forester, that was bombproof . Had fun in abusing it , nowt rarely went wrong. Only downside was bad on fuel and a puller by plod .

If i could find a tidy one, that aint rusted out...then I would love to  buy another  fourtrak, little thirsty and basic, but a good workhorse, pull a house down, and everywhere you go in one,you get lots of permission 😁image.jpg.61dcd70ed9e311ec99a37603aac0a1d9.jpg

Yeah, tidy machines….I had one but it got nicked ! Standard !
It’s probably bobbing round Nigeria or Bulgaria now

Fitted this in the pick up the other week, nice bit of kit but had me scratching my head as it came flat packed with no instructions... nearly had to Google it until I remembered that's not the way of the man! Lol

The Only downside to owing any Subaru these days..is the running costs and unwanted attention...Ive owned a few in various guises..plod used to pull me over to stop and chat about the upgrades 🙈then send me on my way...the only time I ever really  flapped driving one was driving around Birkenhead at 3 am in the morning after dropping a lad home from lamping ...😬

They make you Drive everywhere with a big 😁👍
