Funny thing is, as you know there is no passport control when you fly from here to the U.K., land in the U.K. and nobody is checking…..just get off the plane and walk out the airport. But, there is passport control when you fly back ?…… Government here still seem intent on committing suicide like we have in the U.K…….guess we will see how that pans out. (The passport ) It was that way prior to Brexit and the U.K. had passport control when I flew or got the train back from working in other parts of Europe like Poland or Germany or France ? I know obviously there is a common travel area so that what made me wonder about passport control when I fly back to Ireland ?……not that it’s a bother, it’s the same couple of blokes this last 8 years on passport control and they soon get to know you. I won’t get into the other discussion with you mate, I think that’s all been covered numerous times

gnasher16 30,056
Wilf if you had the same passion, energy and appetite for a fight in the real world as you had on here you would probably be quite useful around likeminded folk......sadly as we're seeing more and more often these days too many people are only willing to voice their opinion from a safe place and it'll cost us in the long run.

With all due respect mate, you have absolutely no concept of what passion and energy and willingness to say things out loud I had when I was still in England. I put myself out to be in the right places to have an effect, it wasn’t the government but it’s what I could do and I said the things that others wouldn’t. People would voice concerns to me that they wouldn’t be prepared to say out loud and I’d say them, only to be greeted with a stunned silence and no back up……f**k it, I didn’t want the back up but it still never came. I tried to have a positive effect on young people, I tried to have a positive effect on young white British blokes who most of “our own” wrote off and are still writing off to this day. And now I am going to point a finger and say yes, it was my fellow countrymen that let our country down time and time again by not making even a little bit of the same effort a very ordinary nobody like me made and by doing the same shit and expecting different. So, just because you got the zig the other day because I told you what would happen at that turn out the weekend and was proved right, don’t come all that with me. Im on your side, I agree with 99% of what you say but, imho, you get a bit defensive about England when I say things how I see them……that’s not my fault, as you very eloquently said the other day “learn to get out of your own way”…..it’s not an attack on the English, it’s an attack on whatever the f**k you call that thing that used to be England.

It was always going to end up as the same old. same old, the press and the police were waiting to shout far right and get the batons out so the public could see the far right thugs being put in there place. It has never worked and never will work. more so in the world we live in today, You have to be the underdog, like Hamas against an oppressor like Israel to get the people motivated, The world is a changed place for the 70`s. 80`s. 90`s, A phone can now change public perceptions, People need to get smarter and far more media savvy. Its obvious the pro Palestinian's have made themselves untouchable to the police. If people understood how they achieved that, then perhaps we have a chance.
