tatsblisters 9,437 Posted November 11, 2023 Report Share Posted November 11, 2023 One thing i would suggest is try and get a solicitor that deals with these type of cases even though most solicitors have no problems defending the dregs of sociaty some of them will be not as keen on some one who likes a bit of hunting with dogs . I know years ago when i had a run in with some local keepers when it went to magistrates my solicitor was telling me to plead guilty as it would go to Crown court if i did not i ended up in crown court and was looking at a prison sentance though all charges were dropped when i got their making the police the CPS look rather foolish and the 3 keepers who would not look me in the face. 1 Quote Link to post
