always use a solicitor mate

Pictures are hard to use as evidence especially if there’s nobodies face in them and the animals visibly dead. Got no time for these clowns that take videos with a hare or deer still alive &

Very few people would guess that anyone would ever carry a catalogue of evidence against themselves around with them, but they do and it all comes down to bragging and ego.

One thing i would suggest is try and get a solicitor that deals with these type of cases even though most solicitors have no problems defending the dregs of sociaty some of them will be not as keen on some one who likes a bit of hunting with dogs . I know years ago when i had a run in with some local keepers when it went to magistrates my solicitor was telling me to plead guilty as it would go to Crown court if i did not i ended up in crown court and was looking at a prison sentance though all charges were dropped when i got their making the police the CPS look rather foolish and the 3 keepers who would not look me in the face.

I honestly think mate that if you have your head screwed on and are polite have your dogs to trained and don't need someone to hold your hand when you go you'll be fine, alot of it is about first impressions i know its obvious but there really is a big difference from licking eyes on one man n his dog zig zaging your stubble to two lads with two dogs a peace wearing trackies spread out across your land etc etc

100% 🙂👍

That's easy for you to say Mandingo, what happens if there's been a monsoon and he slips on the footpath slop, builds up momentum across the land and slip slops slip slops for about thirty mile of fertile loam slip slop slip slop 3XL

Yes mate it's very rare you here of one man n his dog getting much bother you have to adapt and also try to see things from there point of view aswell, I know we all know but imagine how it feels to wake up n see your seeded fields destroyed from tossers driving all over it of a night or a morning it is there lively hood after all we'd be fuming or dogs running through sheep when tupping etc then a good lad just out for abit of sport ends up copping for it.
