lurchers 2,827 Posted November 10, 2023 Report Share Posted November 10, 2023 Done this before mate,all they are say is you were trespassing in pursuit of game,you had nothing on you and you could of just been walking your dog and need the bright tour h to see were you are going.If you have the chance to take it to crown,take it and it will be chucked out before you even get in the room.You can argue this out yourself or seek legal advice but they have no case if you were on a public right of way but wondered off the path to retrieve your dog back on the lead. 1 Quote Link to post

Its simple. They inflate the kennel fees to try to make you plead guilty early on, with the possibility of it being waivered My guess is the bloke did not plead guilty until the trial.
