always use a solicitor mate

Pictures are hard to use as evidence especially if there’s nobodies face in them and the animals visibly dead. Got no time for these clowns that take videos with a hare or deer still alive &

Very few people would guess that anyone would ever carry a catalogue of evidence against themselves around with them, but they do and it all comes down to bragging and ego.

Done this before mate, all they are say is you were trespassing in pursuit of game, you had nothing on you and you could of just been walking your dog and need the bright tour h to see were you are going. If you have the chance to take it to crown, take it and it will be chucked out before you even get in the room. You can argue this out yourself or seek legal advice but they have no case if you were on a public right of way but wondered off the path to retrieve your dog back on the lead.

You will get a free 30 minute consultation with most solicitors which won't do you any harm at all as a start and a good one will put you in touch with the relevant one needed for ones individual circumstances straight away in your case hunting act/trespass etc you never know a young up n coming might be all over something like this..

Unless your a traveller on the move or someone with nothing to loose mentality 🤷 you can't really have the outlook anymore of hoping for a few hundred quid fine outcome, you'll still end up in the papers like the past but with today's technology the wrong sort can n do get your details which is not good for your job or especially if you have a young family try to be careful guys try to be clever n things right the best you can n stay away from the idiots that drive the land and give abuse ot can't even be arsed to stock train there dogs or go mob handed etc bringing everything on top for the good guys, that's all we can do I think isn't it..

500 pound fine

200 pound victim surcharge

Then 17 grand kennel fee do they make this shit up as they go along for the life of me and despite a potential crime being committed in some cases I still don't understand how they can take a man's dog let alone cup up with those fees which they obviously know won't be payed..

Its simple. They inflate the kennel fees to try to make you plead guilty early on, with the possibility of it being waivered My guess is the bloke did not plead guilty until the trial.

There must be a way round it Paul you would think a good solicitor/barrister would have that sorted for someone by now.

Or are only interested in the individual outcome then home?
