You are foolish in deducing that my thinking runs along that path. Check out the number of wars the US have instigated. Were they all just wars? Did Iraq deserve to be flattened for an action masterminded by and funded by Saudis. Did the Vietnamese people deserve to have hundreds of thousands of bombs rain on them? Do you think the yanks won the war for us for nothing? The world is not always as it is presented to you by various US leaning media. There's a question. What we got was schools, education, science, medicine, hospitals, railways, ship building, architecture, roads, lights, gas, sanitation, rubber soles on our boots, houses made of brick, bicycles, manufacturing, industry, pepper to go on your pie and mash, potatoes, bananas, diamond, gold, batteries, molasses to make your cakes and feed your cattle for your beef…….need I go on ? If we had not fuelled our potential by taking Spanish gold and Indian tea and spices and American cotton and West Indian rubber then you’d be living in a f***ing hut, not complaining from your centrally heated 3 bed semi whilst watching your sky tv ! But, fortunately for us, we did use our superior intellect and did what any tiny nation made up of generations of warrior tribes but with limited resources would and went and raided other people stuff……and they all benefitted too if they choose to.
