That’s a voice recording though,apparently a private conversation,if it’s fake it’s a very good one,it sounds exactly like khan,it will be interesting his response to it.

You only need 3 original spoken words for AI  to do its magic and create a whole speach in that voice, unfortunately I think this is to be taken with a grain of salt.
