This is what we were previously referring to as "the Muslim Ummah", the Muslim nation, so I have to disagree with you on this scenario with Israel v Hamas. Indonesia has the worlds biggest Muslim population and Pakistan the second biggest, but their silence on this has been deafening ! What Arab countries have come out to back Hamas / Palestine explicitly, not just condemning from the sidelines ? None, as far as I can see. Only Iran, not an "Arab" country, is backing them, but the yanks have given them a one word warning...."don't" ! Again this is going to sound racist but it isn't, My grandad and my dad both served in areas where the Muslim faith was followed, Both told me, "They are different from us and will never accept us other than to further there own aims" My Uncles mate was an advisor to a middle eastern country for years, living there for most of this time, My uncle asked him once what he actually thought of them.
