What's the best junior starting rifle

My grandson is getting into the game and I'm wondering what the best rifle is for him 

O and pcp or spring 

Would prefer spring mind 

And he is 8yrs old same age as ethan (little hunter)

I would have thought that you would know this after taking Ethan out shooting for some years Jimmy but my two penneth, HW30 or an s/h Ultra but there again there must be something in the Kral range for not a lot of money.  My 9 year old grandson using the trigger stick tripod used that P35 I had pretty well, shame it's sold.  I am sure you will pick the right gun Jimmy.

Hi Jimmy maybe look at a pr900w? I have one it's tiny. Easier to cock than a springer, no recoil and cheap. I have one as a back up gun. Also has a flip out single shot loader so nice and simple with no fiddly mags. I love it.

Thanks lads he will be at the range for a good while be for I take him to the farm just as we did with ethan 

If I had my way I'd give him the 97k 

And be done with it lol

But the rifle is nearly as big as him lol

And I don't think he could pic it up let alone shoulder it

May look into a hw100 bp for him 

And change it as he gets older
