I had a dog eat a full tub of utterly butterly off the worktop and it took some cleaning up what came out of her the day after

Mine did that and the vet said I had 2 wean the dog off by giving it diminishing amounts of margarine for 2 weeks then stop ,well after 2 weeks dog still had the shits so back 2 the vet who looked shocked and said I can't believe it's not better

Well, they only deliver if you have 100 bags,  that was  fozen raw mince chicken that I had from them, wasn't so bad when I had 2 working dogs, Bryn gone, and Buck 11 year old now, so don't need that amount no more.!

Ps that was £75 quid then, not the price, it was  the room, I filled me big freezer, I feel it with other stuff.

 It be very tempting  mate, but I don't work them no more, I am 71 now  fooked right knee, and other things lol. I did think when old Buck gone, maybe couple  years time, if last that long. I might get lurcher pup, but it only be a pet, wouldn't be prob fair on it, so after be a ex worker say 5 year old male with good coat, as live outside. Funny thing I've never had mature dog, all mine been pups the last 37 years, nothing wrong with rescue, but you never really the true history of the dog or its temp. But no rush Buck ok at moment,  hopefully change diet he better, he  having tabs from vet and only doing one poo a day, so that's lot better at moment.

Old dog and heat Ray.maybe knocking it about.i feed raw chicken.lamb carcasses,on a night time.. i buy the chicken from a company shop near me.plus when I've run her in the mornings she gets a  pot of plain yogurt/sardines/sf50.and a raw egg on top..oh and a green lipped mussel tablet..she eats better than me.hahaha

A lot of good dogs out there that are past their best and put out for pasture at 4 or 5 year old I been guilty of it myself in the past but they still do a bit and make good companions

Sounds like Buck is getting over his bad guts so you going in the right direction mate.

Thanks mate, yeh think so with Buck, I think your right prob be a ex worker from of lads  who done a bit,  OK won't work it like did lamping etc, but it be out every day mooching couple hours, just nice mid size male lurcher with good coat, that I me head for the future.

I regret not getting a pup in when mine was still about mate I think it would have soothed the pain as being Dogless ain't nice.
