Looks a nice pup.  

Yeah, had the racing whippet book a couple of weeks back.

Will be getting minor field sports one for my birthday in a few weeks time.

Can be good fun little dogs whippets, I was always a bit sceptical about some of the claims people made about them punching above their weight until I saw it with my own eyes

My little dog which took a lot to whippet does well. Punches above his weight. Had great fun with him and still am

Similar book which is an exceptional read is A sporting chance by an author called Dan Marnnix who used to perform as a circus fire eater and magician under the name Grest Zadma,he was an author of note but a sporting chance has boomerang hunting,coursing with cheetah,ferreting,falconry,ferreting etc.
