my two beddyx used to work fox before the ban above ground but also been in earths a couple of times but you wouldnt no there in because they hardly make any noise.

it was a dig at those nutter that slag off plummers, you dig one and post a picture but it cant be, it must be road kill because a plummer was used.....

i got a bedspring bedlington x springer i was going to sale her but she does me proud i couldnt get rid she well work aaaallllllday she will sicken me before i sicken her above ground that is she would be to big below

I believe that Plummers can be dug to - small, aggressive terriers, shouldn't be a problem. Give me one as a pup and I'm sure I could get it going to fox. Maybe the problem is that most Plummer owners aren't really interested in the sporting side of the breed - a death sentence for any working breed.

I didn't say they can't be dug to - my comment on your pic was tongue in cheek.

Dont bite about beddys lads , each to their own ! I would not slag any breed or type of dog that a person wants to own and work its their choice ! Life is too short to slag people and dogs off , leave that up to the fcukwits ! Enjoy your hunting with the tyke of your choice . i owned two working bred bedlingtons and one made a ratter but after a few fox digs jibbed, the bitch was a looker but never killed a thing and died aged 20 at my mothers.

i had more digging spots and ratting then i ever had , yet the two i owned were a big let down regarding working bedlingtons.

dont put a picture of a plummer or a bedlington with a dead fox because its impossable that you dug it, it was road kill...always remember that..

a mate of mine brought a plummer afew year back 100% fox dog so add said took it out digging found afox to ground but would not stick agood nose but in and out like ajack in box my oldest son had agood beddie would draw fox in style but to big for earth work he was only sold last week as a stud dog one of best i have seen
