Guest digdeep
Heard of a few plummers working earth, but never any bedlingtons, in fact i don`t even see many bedlingtons around my area, the odd one or two but they are just pure show/pets, shame really i`m sure they are good working dogs if given the chance, i think most bedies get used as bunnie dogs anyway. I've had Beddies and Beddie hybrids in the past worked fox to ground (seen by plenty) and the young dog I have now has been on a few digs - had 3 reds , One on top, one in an earth and one in a drain. I can't quite figure it out BB&B but WTF IS EATING YOU WHEN IT COMES TO BEDLINGTONS???? Reading between the lines, it seems that you had a poor Bedlington at one time, and now seem quite embittered towards the breed. Perhaps you have found your level - thats why you now keep Brians Beagle cross Jack Russells. Quote Link to post

What part of Scotland do you come from I bought a Beddie of a fella called John Hamilton about twenty years ago ,It was one of the best dogs I ever owned ,he was a fantastic worker above or below ground, called him Rab after Mr Nesbitt he was as mental as him to,what a dog.
