HOMO 😁.

As I,m probably a little bit odd by many standards anyways  here’s something else i do and was wondering if any one else ever partakes in I don’t wear shoes apart from if I,m at work or going somewher

I can remember coursing with Mick on his bit of marsh in the late 90s early 2000s and he walked the fields in the middle of winter bare footed.

Although I wear some barefoot style shoes, I wear them for a slightly different reason.

In my case it's two-fold. Initially it was because a physiotherapist recommended I swap to zero-drop shoes for my bad back. Basically, zero-drop means no drop in height from the back of the foot to the front i.e. not necessarily barefoot.

However, my second reason is because I find the vast majority of shoes cramp my toes in and cause pain as a result of this. The vast majority of 'foot shaped footwear' just happens to also be barefoot. As a result I'm now in vivobarefoot shoes and boots almost all the time by default.

My local wood is very wet at the moment so I decided to give in and swap back to my aigle wellies. In less than a week my back was aching and felt like I was about to have another muscular spasm. Swapped back to the vivos and the pain has gone almost immediately.

Get this!

As said, I barely wear shoes here, apart from in winter… this winter “I’ve mostly” (lol) been rocking burgundy, faux alligator Docs… realised yesterday, I’ve got the Athletes foot between only the two little toes on the left foot… I’m in my early 40’s and I’ve never had this before. I’ve been nowhere where I could’ve picked it up, so I’ve no idea on this. Also my toes have started curling

How do I tell the mrs I’ve been nailing her sister? :hmm:

Athletes foot doesn't have to be caught .. it's a fungal infection, same as ringworm and jock itch .. can develop in warm sweaty areas ..

As for the Mrs best just telling her that her sisters a better ride .

As I said to mushroom, just piss on them before you put the shower on, I had it once years ago tried all the daktarin stuff but wouldn’t shift it, was told by an old boy about urine on it as it’s an acid and he was right cleared up in two days never to return
