Greyman 28,716 Posted August 13, 2023 Report Share Posted August 13, 2023 Lots of places on the Somerset levels harvest and sell willow for weaving, I made fence panels for the back garden years ago with hazel sticks weaved with willow, just get a ig lump of wood about 6ft long and drill a row of holes in it,stand the hazel sticks. Behind the beaches on many fishing villages you will find old willow groves that they used to make Crab pots. Beesands and Hallsands near me they can be seen.
