Kits biten ears off

I put a hob  kit I got in with my 2 jill kits hes twice the size of them been together for a week now come home today to find one of his ears missing n other on chewed,  never had any problems mixing them before,  

My lad is gutted keeps asking if they will grow back ha , iv alamicin sprayed his wounds so hopefully they heal ok

Probably started licking them till they got blood them started biting them ,? only problem i can see is they fill up with crap when working under ground

Will see how he gose iv sprayed them again today don't seem to bother him in any way just looks a mess will keep them clean n hopefully heal up ok
