Cheers. Yeah thats our plan aswell pal, although we are guna look at wet canning to make it shelf stable. I'm thinking of building a store. Just a breeze block shed well insulated no windows or anything. Just shelved out. That would be fine for storing surplus veg over winter and anything we have canned.
