Who knows mate often just a case of misidentification, between Chippenham and bath there was a black pair of trousers on the crash barrier a large black bag and a remould lorry tread all partially hidden and all could have been mis identified if your driving at speed, but the main difference is I get off my arse and go and have a look so I can categorically say the Facebook post was wrong,

British Columbia, Canada.

I was in California recently, this happened while I was there, incredibly powerful predators.

The mountain lion was scared away when deputies fired their guns, and it is now being searched for by wardens.

I once slipped a dog ( I was out with Simo at the time) at a good distance on what look like a squatter, Turned out to be very rabbity looking rock and cost the dog one of his canines. Lesson learnt Lol

Reminds me of the time i slipped on what i thought was a nice bunny in the new forest. It turned out to be a donkey laying down.  A lot of the stock in the forest wear hi vis collars so they dont get hit on the road. As my little whippet x ran at this thing, it stood up. Gave the dog a fright and all i could say was "what the f**k is that"? You expect rabbits to skoot along the ground, not suddenly raise 6 feet in the air :D

I went from that to a Kestrel that was given to me by a copper, believe me or not this copper was into coursing dogs, shooting, falconry and generally all field sports.
