I have had it now for around 6 months and really getting pissed off with it now as cant lift anything without pain. Just had to struggle skinning and butchering a roe , really pissing me off. Dr said its self limiting and should be ok in a year ffs depending how old you are and what you do, it'll last you the rest of your life.

I keep it in the van, I'll get a picture of it tomorrow but its out of the local chemist, widely available and the same type that Chid put up a photo of, takes a bit of moving about till you find where it works best. The massage gun that luke just mentioned have good results as well but never worked for me but have for friends.

gazjon5 802
Physio sorted mine and gave me a few exercises to do whenever it flares back up. Tried dry needling (a bit like acupuncture) as well, but didnt find it much use. Doctor originally told me total rest and wait it out but after 6 months it was murder and I couldn't even pick up a cup of tea without pain. Physio sorted it in about 4 weeks.
Borr 5,701
I had shoulder issue got it sorted at a private clinic , had the needles didn't really rate them , but the repositioning and massages work, I also think inflammation is major factor , Saunas and cold water swimming has helped physically and mentally, but I need to lose weight and improve my diet.
