Places to shoot rabbit around the manchester area

Hi im new here and new to hunting so I need abit of help. Im trying to find a place around the Gtr Manchester area to hunt and also I have alot of wasteland local to me what is likley to happen if I was to get caught target shooting on there? I dont really wanna break the law but the land is massive and im unlikley to be seen by anyone on there.

not the best idea to shoot on any wasteland mate no matter how big! unless you like the sound of helicopters join a local club first and get to know your gun, confidence in hitting your quarry can only be achieved with practice once you've got there set to work on finding a shoot . try yell.com for farmers and get knocking on some doors . good luck

thought tht lol, where do I stand on target sooting in my garden as I have about 25 m x 20m back garden and the pellets would be hitting a safe back drop, could neighbours say owt about this

your well within your rights to shoot in your back garden mate as long as no pellets leave your boundry

Tucker, there are a lot of good people on this site from your area, try getting to know them & i am sure at some point you will find yourself on safe ground doing what you would like to do
