The Scarpa boots that were too small got set back after sitting in DPD drop off point for six days I thought this is going tits up. But no after complaining they finally got delivered back to Scarpa. Then few days latter Wifey got a new pair of boots that fit and she's over the moon, thank f**k for that lol. Anyway what a result I can't speak highly enough of Scarpa's after care service.
