mackem 26,118
A submariner being interviewed on Sky news just said if the vessel is on the ocean floor it’s less than 1% chance of rescue,if it’s bobbing around somewhere on the surface it’s 90% chance. The sub can’t be opened from the inside, the hatch is bolted from the outside.
