I was in touch we a lad over water he said some good coursing t be had round Donegal. Arrange to go over and return some running by ours. Lost contact sadly but always wanted to go over and test on the Irish hares.any how  Best off luck with it Francie

Full of hares bob,i havent got a hare dog tbh but catch thee odd one

Go for it , you some get water easements on land or other services , pretty straight forward, any old landctenacies still on going etc , best thing thier is no inheritance tax on agriculture land

Theres a house on it q i think its residential,i dont know im not sure?

Tbh tho i dont want the gov involved in it unless nessacary steve,theyll probably have stipulations aslo boss.

Theres a stone house on there so would that make it residential or argricultural?

Theres no farm buildings or outhouses just the house?
