Guest Bigbob
Nice to see a hemp net by why just 12 foot long ??? and why did you pick hemp over the other twines ?? Quote Link to post
ferreterwithnets 0
hi only 12foot long because that is what i neaded hemp because where i do my ferreting it is very snagy . nylon just gets snagd and no good for what i neaded the hole point of making your own net is you can make it as long or as short as you want and out of eny twine [nylon-spun nylon-hemp]you like Quote Link to post
mole catcher 1
well done on compleating your net now i dont want to take anything away from your workmanship and it may just be the picture but it looks as though there is no bagging(running kill) in the net. was that intentional or like i said it may just be the picture? ferreterwithnets 0
yes it has 75% BAG BUT IT IS SET TO HIGH ON THE POLES JUST HEAD TO LOWER IT AND IT WILL BE FINE Quote Link to post
ferreterwithnets 0
yes you can but if you tipe spun nylon in google you should find some cheaper Quote Link to post

DUCKWING 302
WELL MATE , VERY HANDY NETS ,................ I HAVE TWO AT 15 FEET WHICH I COMPLETED A BIT BACK AND JUST MADE ANOTHER TWO , THIS SEASON THEY HAVE PROVED INVALUEABLE WHEN DOING HEDGE BACKS ...... THEY CAN BE SET RIGHT UNDER THE HEDGE WITHOUT THE TEARS AND FRUSTRATION OF A NYLON NET IN A HEDGE WITH THE BOTTOM LITTERED IN HEDGE CUTTINGS ALL THE BEST DUCKWING Quote Link to post
