i do not understand, i bred him to my friends bitch, we got 5 pups, 4 dogs one bitch, i decided to keep the bitch. all pups look good, they re great on wild boars and seems to be good go to ground dogs.

 

plus i ve got patterdale dog/ i saved him from bad hands/ and my girlfriend bought working czech terrier.

yes to my friend working bedlington bitch. are y interested in having a pup? we ll repeat the breeding, they gave us strong dogs with great heads which love hunting.

we are not allowed to use luchers, we shot all or let my beddy to finished it.

These stripes are not used for transport it is for the vet med. These large "go to ground hunts" cooperate with vet university and they test for rabies and other things. On the stripe the exact den is marked where the fox was from. So just for statistical use.

 

We had a fine January and I am happy that you like our pics. I think we won't work a lot in Feb with Obi. We will start at Crufts with him and he doesn't look like other show dogs yet I hope I don't have to explain his head even badger hunting is legal here in Austria (not whole year but most of it)........

 

I know many of you might wonder but is anyone else at Crufts? We would be happy to meet other working terrier friends and I guess there are not many on such an event.

ok , nice to know that with the statistic and what they are for ( blue stripes ) ! ... but that mean´s that you can count to every fox a den ! are they all digged or also flushed out of the cover ? ... and if also flushed will the notice just the closed den to the fox ? and if not flushed and all digged , are them all from one day then ?

On every stripe is a number. foxes will be marked right after they are shot, on a list you have to provide info where "this number" was shot. It is not that important from which den the fox was bolted or digged it is more important to understand in which "area" it was.

The most important fact for the university is info about fox tapeworm (german "Fuchsbandwurm") in "project echino risk Austria". The positive info for the project is that your statistical test is taken simulataniously over a large area (more than 50 dogs on one day).
