My mate at work showed what birds he had picked up from his garden that farmland is at the bottom of even a goldcrest . Quote Link to post Share on other sites

We get the odd blackcap on the feeders and a more aggressive bird you’ve yet to find for it’s size .Makes a robin look like an angel . Squirrel_Basher 17,100 Posted June 3, 2023 Report Share Posted June 3, 2023 We are currently working on a very old property ,flag stone courtyard and ashlar walls .The owner said he had a few house martins arrive and so I suggested putting down a bag of top soil suitably dampened to allow nest building without the birds having to travel miles for materials .Went from two pairs Wednesday to 32 pairs nesting Friday .The twittering they make is captivating tbh . 7 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
