Like I say it's a good entertaining race and take nothing away from the dogs n hare but alot can be taken from it, the black dogs mouth is also questionable 1/2 dozen good chances he had to kill but wouldn't strike and both dogs bending wide hard ground maybe or there style?

heard ground they will go wide won’t they but a good dog with a good mouth in dry conditions will sit gear up fast and take it out they lack a gear or two

Dout it, It was one evil gremlin of a dog, the foxes shit themselves when that ugly gremlin stuck its head round the corner they thought they were having some kind of acid induced nightmare and bolted

Galgo Español - Wikipedia EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG four to five thousand a year bred for competitive coursing and lots more for hobbyist etc so the best of the best are well tested.

Maybe people are interested in an old exotic breed and giving it a go working, same as some people enjoy hunting with terrier breeds that are not worked much now. You wouldn't expect them to be as goo

Don't think they were the best of dogs but the hare made them work  a bit. Spanish dogs featured on an Arabic  page, posted on a British forum, the world is getting smaller.

Lots of galgo and greyhound hybrids these days but still some more traditional breeding.

Often hunted as a pack to take  whatever gets up, wolf, fox, hare etc.

Like their bobbery pack hunting, noisy feckers but have a great time. Mix of sloughi, podenco  and Galgos.
