byron 1,184
thinking about getting this model, with laminate stock.any one got one? Pro's cons.. Quote Link to post
Jonjon79 13,358
Good rifles Byron I think the laminate stock is a little heavier than regular wood but, not by much. It's a nice looking thing and, the adjustable butt pad and cheek piece is useful - mine served me well. I can't think of any negatives for it - I fitted an A&M cylinder to mine. It reduced the weight and increased the shot count from 4 mags to 6. ......... it was always an accurate, reliable rifle 1 Quote Link to post

philpot 5,005
I had one, lovely gun as Jonjon said, the only reason I sold it was that the scope U fitted made it heavy then add nv with a ir torch, too much to walk round with. If I were to do it again, an A&M air tube, much lighter scope or Pard nv or pard 007 nv to keep the weight down and you have a cracker but in all honesty it would be the green synthetic stock for me reducing weight even more.
