limerick999 0 Posted January 30, 2008 Report Share Posted January 30, 2008 i see where some lads here have said surgical spirits hardens dogs pads can anyone tell me how its used on dogs, i mean can u dip the leg into bucket up as far as there stoppers to harden them as well as the pads or would it sting or damage the skin on leg, or what way is it used Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The Sporting Agent 0 Posted January 30, 2008 Report Share Posted January 30, 2008 (edited) Brush it on or use cotton wool. I used to use it on my own feet before TABing. Used to dab it on the areas prone to blistering, with cotton wool. Don't just imerse the paw/leg in it as this will dry it our excessivly and cause real irritation.
