Also, it seems to be in an old Pine forest

The trees and the cat shout Canada, but I have seen similar forests in the pyrenees (Liberian lynx?) , alps, even northern India, a daytime pic would be better.

I think it's great Greyman does his thing and doesn't give a f**k about his critics. Carry on carrying on Greyman.

Id trap it and take the cage to Notton Lane with a note saying " ave that soppy bollocks " ?

Feeders have been there years...get the odd rat but they don't last long,  either the cat or the airgun sorts em out ....I find the cover encourages the birds more

Hard make out what they are to be honest. From those photo's, not the right shape for dog or cat prints.

Cheers Arry

I'm no expert, so not enough knowledge to argue the point. Very hard to prove where it is just by looking at those tree's, unless by chance, the location it's supposed to be, was a coniferous plantation.

The only hope will be that the guy goes back and videos the exact same place and shows exactly where it is . Seeing as he has posted it online you'd think he would be willing to show all info . Altho with Internet anybody can be anything and anybody can do anything

Few years ago a lad posted a few pics of a cat caught on trailcam on a Facebook lurcher forum, the pics were reposted on here, said it was Yorkshire, turned out to be the states.

Whats the story behind the pics?

Larch can be anywhere from Japan and China across Russia and Europe to Canada, could be anywhere to be honest, but my money is across the pond. As Welsh_red said if the guy goes back and photographs the location in daylight it's a starting point, but remember the thermal pic of the cat beside a house in Devon, same sort of thing.

I can't remember what group it was on facebook , but it had reposted these pictures that were on a Brecon beacons Facebook page .

One good point made was that there was no timestamp etc on bottom of picture . Altho I know on my trail cam you have the option to not have it on the pictures

The area is supposedly was was near usk resevoir .
