Well been able to get a few things done in he last few days 

Finally finished up the "poverty precision build" , will kind of. Wanted a different stock ,trigger and scope but had a friend send me a nice muzzle break and some freinds wanted a shoot day so said screw it. Camp out pretty decent all in all.

Shoots the absolute cheapest brass case .223  I could find ( some 55gr PMC FMJ the hard ware store had for $11 a 20d box) half decent so excited to see what it can do with some nicer stuff and hand loads. Will say though ,next thing is going to be a new trigger this 6lbs mil spec crap makes shooting good groups a little rough  

But was bouncing around soda cans at 100yd all day long so can't complain too much for now. I've had a few offer from people to buy it off me so guess i should take it as a compliment

Then was able to finally get a range day with my little brother. Kid found out he loves to shoot our granddad's old .30carbine and 30-30. Didnt bring a brass punch or hammer with us so we couldn't adjust windage but other then that it groups good and he's already on me about getting to casting and reloading for the thing

O and did I mention ever since I though him how to properly field strip one he strips and reassembles is AK

Then got called over by my sister ( might as well be with as much as we fight ) because she wanted to do some 100yd+ plinking becoshe thoughbit would be fun to shoot that far in the 20mph + wind 70rd later she got enough lol

Then of course I had to show her up off the tripod whish I have to say, is not as stable as prone with a bipod

Anyhow fun fun fun.....and a good bit of $ in ammo
