That one isn’t 1925, the slant grip models started in 1935. The earlier slant grip have “not to be removed” stamped on the rear cylinder end cap. Later ones have “do not remove” stamped on. No knurling on the barrel and no “webley” logo on the grips would suggest 1935-1939.
