Moocher71 4,050 Posted March 8, 2023 Report Share Posted March 8, 2023 Parole board as been told he will never cope outside with general public ,I don't see what they can offer to soften the blow but my thoughts are he will end up in a shrink hospital and to be honest that would be best place for him to work his ticket as doctors are different from prison service.
