Im sure everyone has seen jupiter an venus close to the moon this week,so if theyre both planets,how come there shining bright like stars?

An how come venus can be seen "beside" jupiter whenever venus is closer to the sun than earth is an jupiter like the 5th or 6th planet away from the sun lol?

I tell you what kidder, Jupiter is a big old lump, and when I witnessed the stretch on them leggings earlier on, well that was like a human Jupiter, I shit you not

It's the reflection of light from the sun .

Jupiter reflects about 35% and Venus about 70% of the sunlight that hits it

Probably because Venus is closest to us we see it , and probably because Jupiter is so big we can see that

Orbits .. nothing is moving at the same time up there

Yellow is the sun .. green is earth ... Blue  is Venus ... Purple is Jupiter ..
