.22lr bolt firing pin issue

Hi lads,noticed on my.22lr that after firing,the pin mark on the empty shell is almost at the edge of it,should this be more centre?

It’s a rimfire mate, therefore it strikes the rim of the cartridge

I guess you have got the idea now, but if you look at the bolt you will notice the firing pin is aimed at the rim of the cartridge and not the centre as well.
