I have recently took on a role at work as health and safety warden and have been sent by email some online courses to voluntary do. One is is inclusion and diversity I could not believe one of the topics on it saying companies to make Muslim staff more welcome is to give them a paid holiday for Eid. I dare bet Muslim countries do not give Christian workers paid holidays for Christmas and such like.

Kin ell mate sounds rough,  life's full of lows and highs,  just gotta try and ride the lows out if you can but you are right it's a total pish take funding this lot who have put nothing into the coun

Bet they would change that policy If everybody there declared themselves Muslim. I'd imagine In Today's world you couldn't even question someone's religion.  Turn up week before eid "yeah I'm a Muslim now"

let them take that as their religious holiday, they can then be the only ones working through easter and x-mas, no bloody way should they get extra days off due to their religion as that would be descrimination against christians!

Just pandering to them again like most companies do that have a large Muslim workforce when they make a preyer room for them and squat toilets and low sinks to wash their feet in f**k em I say. Thankfully the company I work for their is only a couple to my knowledge and non work with us thank feck.

A small victory for freedom of speech and common sense? I guess for an academic with resource it’s actually pretty easy to destroy the legitimacy of some of the extreme liberal agendas being embedded across society in general, but especially within the education system. Pity it seems there’s no-one carrying the same fight into the junior and high schools where kids are being brain washed or brow beaten into believing all sorts of freak shows are to be accepted or even encouraged…, and that any attempt to question or disagree will be treated as a ‘hate crime’.
