What’s Europe got to do with it ? We are no longer in the EU ?

Surely people from Anglophone countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, America have a closer heritage with the UK than, say , people from Albania, Romania , Lithuania, etc ?

I’m not saying relax any laws for anyone.

Your post seems to say we should be more welcoming to Europeans that anyone else, my point, as I said, is there are  first and second generation Brits in the likes of New Zealand and Australia, whose children still qualify for British citizenship far more the the vast majority of Europeans.

Maybe Im being pedantic, but I do see your point of view .

Cheets.

I’ve told you before about splitting the infinitive!
You can say “small brain” or “little brain” , but you can’t say “small, little brain” without making one of the words redundant!

Dear God !Keep up or I’ll start setting you homework !

Those pesky Argies

It's ok - I understand that Madrid sometimes gets its knickers in a twist over a little bit of land that it doesn't own aswell

Sometimes, if folk from either of those countries out themselves on FB and dare to steer the conversation towards moaning about our overseas territories, I like to chuck in this meme - it gets some wonderful results  ...........
