Popular Post Moocher71 4,050 Posted February 3, 2023 Popular Post Report Share Posted February 3, 2023 Just been across the woods and I noticed a young fallow that looked like it was tied up so got the dogs secure to a post and walked over to find the poor buggers back leg was in a snare made out of washing line and attached to top of the fence , I got her free and checked her leg ,it was bad but she standing on it so I placed over the fence and she ran off so she should be ok , 24 Quote Link to post

Blackmag 6,117 Posted February 4, 2023 Report Share Posted February 4, 2023 I released a vixen a few nights ago in a wire she looked heavy in cub feck him next door who set them he only checks them every few days hopefully she cubs out of his way I will say she was darker than normal and her brush was almost black hopefully see her about later on this year 8 Quote Link to post

Yes mate , A old fella who lives few doors away told me he see few fallow in same spot few days ago and when he walking back they was only 2 so I'm thinking it was the fawn and it's mam.
