Popular Post Wolfdog91 7,182
My little brother just had his first powerlifting competition the other day and got 3rd place with a medal ! 18yr and topped out with 185lb bench 335 dead lift and a 365 squat Damn proud of him ! Said he's wanting to be topping out at 600lbs in a few months. How hes gonna have time to train with all the other stuff he does is beyond me but hay I'm 100% behind him btw don't mind the picture the boy can't take a good one to save his life and he just took his braids out he's why he looked like he stuck a fork in a electrical socket 29

THE STIFFMEISTER 16,085
Fair play to the young lad …but I am going to say it …they’re not particularly heavy lifts for the size of the lad ?? 85kg bench press is nothing spectacular for what would be a one lift attempt
