When she was younger she looked like the bull, but then as she grew, so did her ears and her nose now she looks more like the saluki. She also has saluki deafness as well!! Quote Link to post
cúagusgiorraí 57 Posted January 31, 2008 Report Share Posted January 31, 2008 I can see bull blood...look at the squareness of its snout, from the side.Has it got a "sprung rib" on either side? usually a sign of bull blood. The dilution is small i grant you, but there is more sign of bull blood there, than saluki, in fact the only sign at all, of possible saluki, is just a slight feathering on the tail. There is nothing in its face/head, that says saluki to me? Mike, it was lord Orford i think, that introduced bull blood, but it was over 200 years ago i beieve. Spot on mate! The coat patterns as well show the bull blood. In some pure greyhounds it is really evident, if you know what to look for. Quote Link to post
