Bush Rummager 4,767
Had a trip down to London to see some old school Brazilian thrashers on their farewell tour. First time in the Apollo at Hammersmith which was nice to eventually get to see the place. Cracking venue and made a nice change to go somewhere new plus have a few days in the city with the wife. When they came on, I started off at the back with wifey but the urge to have a tangle down at the front was too hard to resist. Old habits and that!. I'm getting too old for this shit now! Lol.. This pic is uncropped.. right at the front, no beating it!! Lol.. One looking back from the front at the crowd.. The aftermath!!..

eastcoast 4,234
Alison Moyet last night. Not really a fan but invited by a friend. Once I would have made an excuse not to attend but the more time that I spend in care homes these days the more that I appreciate life is for living, even if it is just accepting an invitation to see an 80's pop star and having a few drinks with proper friends. Still a great singer by the way. The apple in the toilet? Well, the opening act was not to my taste. Some miserable Scottish girl. When she said "you may have picked up on this, I have issues with men", I walked out and decided to stay in the bar until she had finished her set. I often indulge in Johnny Cash, Leonard Cohan, Nina Simone etc. But these were great songwriters with something to say, but the lass last night was just some self indulgent miserable winging kid. I found an apple in a toilet more interesting, hope it was some vegan's planned supper and they dropped it by accident. 1
