Not a very nice topic, but there you go,  Yesterday morning, to cut a long story short, i had to help an elderly chap with the onset of dementia , a grand owd lad, he used to play for colchester united in his day, anyways hes had a fall in his flat, and bruised and cut his leg , not a bad cut but needed attention, so i rang the doctors for him, he was shook up more than anything,  i rang the doctors, i was number 29 on the list, so i hung on, only to be told no appointments available, and to take him to a pharmacy, there exact words to me, and they hung up, so i rang em back. and i lost it, i got himan appointment for the same day, at 12 10 with the nurse, and hes gotta go back on friday, yes i could have took him accident and emergency, to sit fr god knows how long

It’s failing mate the nhs,they leave you  for days up a and e just sitting thier.

IWW. Remember when I had my fall following the hip replacement? Well, nearly 12 months have passed and on Friday I’ m in for an MRI scan. I wonder how long the results will take? Now don’t get me wrong, the hospital people are certainly under immense pressure and I totally sympathise with them. However, pain is pain and discomfort isn’t much better. I hope your neighbour recovers quickly. Jok.

It's the same over here,I know a girl who work's as a carer and she had to wait with a 92 year old woman who was left lying on her sitting room floor for nearly five hour's because there was no ambulance available,then few days later I seen a picture in the paper out a hotel where they house refugees apparently one went on a rampage with a knife and I counted ambulances,they don't give a f**k about the old people
