The Sporting Agent 0
Has anyone got a P38 that has been converted from EAS to coil spring suspension? I've had mine done at about 1/3 cost of replacing the EAS and its great; a little bumpier on the road but nothig worth worrying about. Just wondered if anyone had any experiance of the conversion and their opinions? One thing I have noticed is the ride noise has changed, more high pitch; that I'm not too happy about and if I could do something about it I would but its a small price to pay for the practicality, peace of mind and cost saving!! .........also, looking for a raised air intake snorkel but cant find one anywhere for the P38, even the LR spares firms say they cant get them; anyone know where I can get one? No help I know but I must have been incredibly lucky with my 99 P38 DSE, no EAS problems at all in 2 years ownership. Chris
