Looked a nice wood for a shoot mate. What hunt country is it Stav? Looked like they'd been through not long before we went. I think it’s the sinnington hunt and there’s Ampleforth beagles, I don’t have anything to do with them now because one year they came through our land the day before we were to shoot without permission and my landlady went mental and kicked them off, they turned up at the farm with a tray of eggs as compensation for her ( lol ) there’s a fallow about, but forestry batter them, I was watching a small group of about 8 last night

Looks good, Mack. I know next to nothing about those particular rods/setups. Are those beads meant to represent salmon eggs? And howcome there's no salmon fly on a fly rod? Lol

Got back into my fishing this year, only my local river, spinning for trout. Caught a fair few, along with some grayling. Thinking about getting into fly fishing for next season.

I have caught countless salmon over the years, this is one of the few times with a hook in the mouth,I just saw an Indian guy wade in the river and net one out,no rod whatsoever.
