I don't , lot of the old timers loved to eat them and alot of the Mexicans still do but eathing them has become less popular now days. Alot of people will shoot them just to shoot them though, why ? Idk just one of those things. Will say though though the with clean jump 5 foot straight up with you shoot or scare one.

They are a bit of a pest for home owners though , they will leave a lawn pock marked with diggings . Interesting though yo can't really baint them into traps , usually don't show much interest in bait, usually have to drift fence then into cage trap. Though with wooden traps once you catch one they seem to scent up the thing and it will attract others.

But nah I saw the little guy while I was walking around trying to find a stand location to do some calling and decided to sneak up on him and snap some pics. Been a lot of them this year for some reason

I guess it's similar to the UK.  Old timers would eat most things , but younger generations prefer supermarket food 👍.

iPad screen is f****d can’t take it on my walks at the moment as it just cuts out when it gets cold, but here are a few shots around my boat when I got back from my walk, minus 8.3 when I got up and set off Utd stunningly beautiful

Well beautiful day out for a mooch as the weather is changing to wind and rain again.

Charlie was sneaking up the side of a wood so knelt down and gave him a squeak can up to 20 feet away.

Must be costing us a fckn fortune replacing them, hope the lads keep it up

They seem committed to the cause ,fair play don't see much passion or standing up to authority, and their doing it with no looting ,burning peoples businesses down ,all effective, and civilised

After that blow thought I would have a crack on the beach. Went to Challaborough. Nice and bracing but no descent finds just ring pulls bits if cans and aluminium nuggets.

The solent is closest to me and that also throws up those alloy Molton nuggets.

Also after a good storm the following low tide you can see stumps of fossilised trees.

On the rising tide I tried fishing them stumps usually catch 1 pout then find out you couldn't make the cast back lol
