Water proof over trousers

Any one recommend some ? Undecided between the green ones from farmers coop the farmers wear or a pair of army surplus gortex. I have a pair of army ones off a chap in the TA pretty old and complete waste of time but I guess things have improved

I have a pair of flexothane over trousers supplied from work. If you’re not after a fashionable name these are brilliant. They won’t be suitable for bramble etc but keep me dry in all weathers and I’ve been in some real heavy downpours on the moors. Cheap as chips as well. I also have the jacket, which, as you’d expect, is just as good. Farmers merchants sell them

I got a pair of wax over trousers form Yorkshire Tradeing reduced for £5 about 12 13 years a go iv re waxed them a few times n the liner is knackered but they grate for ferreting will defo get another pair when these give up

used them on site for yrs,I wear a pair of shorts underneath or find your bottoms get damp

We have all used flexothane this season and have no complaints, kept dry all day in some bad weather on the moors,
