Boys got a mirror close to 40lb sat on a baited spot under his boat pics not very good but just you may be able to see the beast

First bit of warm weather so sat out on the grass having a few drinks with neighbors and family when the lad clocked a few carp creeping round the margin always got his gear in the van nice little 18 played and landed to an audience

Not sure if it’s to do with the amount of fertilisers flushed through by all the rain or the raw sewage being pumped into the waterways but water is strangely clear devoid of much life and floor to ceiling with weed

Seen a few canals like that when there's no boat traffic, stretches of the Basingstoke and the tivvy , never caught much in the crystal clear bits seems to help having a little bit of colour...
